THE FIRST DAYS OF SCHOOL
In Part 2 of Dr. Harry Wong, He said that Classroom Management is the key to Success.
I Agree with this because if you have a good classroom management for sure you will have an organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning. In this video I learned that on the first day of school the teacher must give his/her rules and regulations inside the classroom so that the students will know the Do's and Don'ts that they need to follow. I also believe in this statement that your success during the school year will be determined by what you do on the first day of school.
As a teacher i need to remember and understand that every student has a unique personality, strength and weaknesses. In the future i will give my best to my future students to be an effective teacher to them.
